Job responsibilities

1.Provide daily after-sales technical support to customers ；

2.Respond customer complants in time, clarify AS issues and resolve the problems efficiently ;

3.Prepare technical documents and train;

4.Establish and maintain third-party after-sales cooperation ;

5.Contract negotiation，sign and execution,process supervise amd management.

Job requirements

1.College degree or above, major in science and engineering;

2. Strong sense of responsibility and good sense of service;

3.Good command of English, can travel overseas.
