Sichuan Dijiatong Electronics Co., Ltd. is inviting public biddings for materials, and qualified bidders are welcome to participate in the bidding. The detailed tender requirement is as follows:

I. Purchase content of the project

         For details, please refer to “Attachment 1. List of Materials”. The final material specifications and requirements are subject to the bidding documents.

II. Qualification requirements on bidders

        1. The bidder must be an enterprise legal person registered and legally operating within the territory of the People's Republic of China.

        2. The bidder must be a manufacturer of the bidding materials with a registered capital of not less than RMB 1 million.

        3. The bidder must have complete tax registration procedures.

       4. The bidder must have previous experience in supplying set-top boxes (IPTV\OTT\DVB, etc.).

        5. Material manufacturers need to pass ISO9001 certification and have a sound quality control system.

        6. This project does not accept consortium bidding.

III. Obtain bidding documents

        Deadline: 9:00 on April 2, 2018 to 18:00 on April 9, 2018.

        To obtain the bidding documents: Fill in the “Attachment 2, Supplier Qualification Survey Form” and send the form to the contact person’s email (ly.liu@szjiuzhou.com.cn).

IV. Issuance of tender documents

        Before April 10, 2018 (the final effective time is subject to the actual delivery time), the bidding documents will be sent by e-mail to the responsible person's e-mail address filled out by the bidders.

V. Deadline for tender submission:

          Before 18:00 on April 13, 2018 (the final effective time is subject to the bidding documents), the bid documents shall be delivered to the bidding contact person in a sealed manner.

VI. Time and method of bid opening

         The winning bidder will be notified via email before April 20, 2018.
