1.3 Bidding fee

a) The bidder shall bear all costs involved in preparing and submitting the bidding documents. Regardless of the outcome of the bid, the invitation unit is not responsible for the above fees.

b) A bid bond of 20,000 yuan is required. If there is no winning bid, the fee will be refunded (no interest). The fee will not be returned to the winning bidder.

1.4 Bidding process

Implement in accordance with the “Implementation Measures for Bidding Management” of Sichuan Dijiatong Electronics Co., Ltd.

2. Bidding target:

Target: HDMI cable

Estimated volume: 500,000 pieces.

3. Technical requirements:

Comply with to the technical specifications issued by our company;

4. Qualification requirements for bidding units:

The enterprises participating in the bidding must have independent legal person qualifications.

5. Bidding quotation requirements:

5.1 The bidding is quoted in RMB, and the quotation shall include 17% VAT; the quotation writing shall be clear and no alteration is allowed; the quotation must be signed and reviewed and stamped with the company seal;

5.2 The quotation shall be true and effective. In case of malicious quotation or if the successful bidder cannot supply materials on schedule, the company has the right to cancel its bidding qualification and supplier qualification, suspend existing payment, and deduct the deposit of 20,000 yuan reserved in our company.

5.3 For other models of HDMI cable, the winning bidder has priority for supplies;

5.4 If the bid opening price is higher than the current purchase price, the bid will be cancelled.

6. Bidding documents

6.1 Time for submission of bidding documents: May 24, 2016; Deadline: May 30, 2016.

Place of submission: 6th Floor, Jiuzhou Electric Building, Southern Hi-tech Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

6.2 The bidder shall submit the complete bidding documents within the prescribed time limit, otherwise the bidding will be deemed invalid.

6.3 The bidding documents shall include the following content:

1) Enterprise qualification certificate: provide a copy;

2) Cost quotation;

3) Proof that the materials meet the requirements of environmental protection;

4) Materials specifications;

5) Main customers in the past two years, all kinds of honors (a copy of every certificate is required);

6) Equipment list

6.4 All bidding documents must be stamped with the company seal, the quotation shal be sealed in an envelope stamped with the company seal. Documents that fail to meet the requirements will be considered invalid.

7. Bid opening, evaluation and selection

7.1 Bid opening, evaluation and selection will be carried out according to the “Administrative Measures for Bidding”.

7.2 Bid Opening Time: May 31; Bid Opening Location: Video conference room of our company.

8. Award the contract

After bid selection, the bidding unit shall issue the “Letter of Acceptance” within 5 days and send it to the winning bidder. The bidding unit shall sign relevant contracts and agreements in accordance with the “Measures for Implementation of Bidding Management” of our company.
